Did you charge the battery first? Put a voltmeter on it and find out the voltage. A fully charged battery should be around 12.6-12.7 volts.
Maybe the battery ground is bad. When you jump it where are you connecting the negative ground.

Make sure battery is fully charged before installing in bike. Clean battery cable connections and use a electrical grease on terminals to keep corrosion away. Check starter relay or possible weak fuse.

This is the whole story lol Hooked up a charger after some charging it started drove around fine layed it on myself twice lol...turn it off wont start back up. Took the battery to auto zone..they said the battery is dead. Bought a brand new battery, 12.6volts hook it up bike starts right up i let it run maybe a minute, bike wont start just clicking. battery is down to 10.4volts. BUT it is 100% a good battery. Wiring harness looks good. All wiring seems to check out. Turn the key and all the lights work but I just cant get it to start without the charger hooked up. Starts everytime as long as the charger is hooked up
Does anyone have a service manual? This chick is willing to get her nails dirty lol

Sounds like the alternator isn't working since the bike appears to be running off the battery and killing it.
Time for a new stator? Not sure exactly how to check this out, but I would start by checking volts and amperage across the battery terminals while the bike is running.

Get the bike running again, get the RPMs up to 4,000 and see what voltage is accross the battery. if its below 13.5, the charging system is faulty.
Have you been on http://www.ninja250.com/home.htm and looked in the FAQ? Specific directions on checking the charging system might be there.

ok so now here is where i am at...the battery that auto zone said was dead is not its holding 12.6v and the starter is not turning over unless im putting it on the charger with 18amps....so I ordered the solenoid the starter I already bought the stator but i just dont think thats the problem. Im thinking starter....I will let you guys know when the parts get here....meanwhile where can i go to spend money on pointless shit to make my bike sexy...lol

I am totally confused.
I thought you replaced the battery with a good one. Is the replacement also no good?
You have a charger that outputs 18 amps? If you have a charger that outputs that kind of current, and the starter kicks over with it, it is not the starter. Starters draw a lot of amperage. Are you connecting the charger to the starter directly (bypassing the solenoid) or are you connecting the charger to the battery?
From your first post, you wrote that the bike clicks, which means that the solenoid and relay are good, as well as the fuses and switches (starter button, ignition switch), inline with it.
If the replacement battery was bad, I'll bet that getting a good one will fix it. You need to charge the new battery at a low amperage - .5-1amp for 24 hours or so, then try it in the bike.
There is still the possibility that the stator and/or rectifier on your bike are no good which is what killed the original battery, so if a new battery fixes it, monitor the battery with a voltmeter to make sure the voltage is holding steady around 12.6 after you ride.

Ok well i took the battery that came with the bike when i bought it to Auto Zone they told me the battery was bad.....but when my brother hooked his digital meter up to it..its saying 12.6volts. So i bought and put a new battery on the bike...it started right up the first time....then i let it run for 1 minute and tried to start the bike again and it just went click click click(solenoid). The battery was at this point saying 11.5volts So we took the starter off the bike hooked it directly to the battery it turned. Put it back on the bike. IT would not turn so we bypassed the solenoid and it still would not turn. checked all the grounds on the starter everything checked out. Both the old and new battery are showing 12.6volts The starter is turning with the charger hooked up to it, but my brother could stop it from turning with his fingers. I bought the stator, guess i should just replace it while im in there. Thanks so much for bearing with me lol Im learning, I just got my M permit yesterday lol I just wanna learn to drive the thing, My brother swears, because its been owned by all chicks that the starter has been "reamed"

Yep - sounds like starter. Your brother should not be able to stop it with his hands. Those things put out quite a bit of torque.
