Default 2002 F4i shifting loud and hard

I have 6500 miles on my ride in 2 months have done all maintence at the dealer, and now it seems to shift hard down and sometimes up. I guess it doesnt feel smooth like it used to. Any ideas?

Probably isn't the problem, but maybe you need to adjust the clutch, and make sure you have enough oil.

lol out all things the cable adjustment was 1/4 too much slack. I dont know why I didnt check that, I guess I always hope for the worst. thanks
