Default F4 not runnin so hot

Lately I've been noticint when sitting at idle at a stop light that the bike seems to be running on only 3 cylanders, the other day I noticed this to be the case and as I turned into my street it stalled on me.

tried to restart it but it wouldn't fire, once I pushed it up the street into my driveway it eventually fired up, seems like as soon as the engine is warm it starts acting up and eventually stalls. When I rev it up past 6k rps it smooths out and seems to be fireing on all 4

I replaced the plugs and the fuel filter but that did nothing except set me back $50, it seems as though the engine is running rich (hense it runs good cold and bad when warm)

Any ideas what I should do from here?
Electical?
Carbs?
could it be the coil?
