Default Fallin Due to cinders.... help

Hey guys, i recently encountered an up close and personal experience with some cinders on a turn, thank god i was only going 30ish (forget but no more than 30) and the bike handles were going back an fourth and flung me off. anyway....

I am getting the panels painted and i have scratches on the Strator(pardon the spelling if wrong) and need to know how to fix it. I sanded it down a little bit for now to get the gravel off.
