Still Bogging Out
So about 2 weeks ago my bike had randomly died on me on the side of the road. After that it wouldn't crank for a good 30 minutes. So I went home changed the spark plugs, and it seems like it runs well but when its in gear and rolling and i'll gun it... it just bogs out.

Clogged fuel filter? Clogged petcock strainer? Bad gas? Collapsed fuel line?

that happened to me once and it turned out to be a bent fuel line. It would run for about ten minutes or so and then just crap out. If I let it sit for 10-15 minutes, it would fire up and run again.

Well I finally mustard up the courage to take it out of the neighborhood today. Road well, no problems, sweet smell in the gas but I'd bet its the STP gas cleaner I put in the tank.
Last time I took her out she died on me a few miles from my house.

So rode my bike to work today, seemed good. On my way home from work I went and put some gas in the bike (I was almost empty). I made it about 2/3's of the way home when I had put it under high revs and it cut out on me. So I coasted it to the side of the road, waited... tried to crank it after a while and it finally got up after I cranked the throttle so it wouldn't die. That got me about a mile further till it cut off again when I was slowing down for a stop light. So I pushed it to the nearest gas station, came back and got it with a truck.
Something I don't get is why when my bike dies and when it finally decides to crank back up, you only have one chance. If you don't crank it and immediately rev it as you hear the bike turn over, you won't be able to crank it again for a while.
Not sure what to do right now, gonna go get some seafoam and see if I can get the bike to start and ride it around my neighborhood to run the seamfoam through the tank maybe clean that built up crud.

sounds like possibly a petcock issue. is it vaccuum fed or do you have the on/off/prime knob?

I believe I have the on/ off knob (the one with reserve too?). Also I'm not sure what's up with this but my choke lever, whether on or off it doesn't seem to change in how the bike starts or idles.

Sounds like a clogged fuel feed - maybe the strainer on the petcock.
If it runs rich, the choke may not have an effect. I had an '86 Intruder with larger jets that you didn't need to choke it, even when it was cold outside.

Yea I think it runs a little rich, I averaged about 150-160 miles per tank (3.5 gal).
But regardless, I was hoping to put a half can of seafoam in and just ride it around my neighborhood (just in case it breaks again i'm not stranded miles away), and hopefully that will clean out the junk in the fuel line and or carbs.

Well, good luck with that, but usually if it is bad enough to shut the bike down, you need to pull it apart and clean it.

When you say you only have one shot to crank it..... do you mean it turns over but, won't start? Or the motor won't turn over.
Why did you put STP in your bike? Did it sit for a while or somethin?
It's a long shot but, those bike are renowned for the regulator rectifiers going bad. It could be getting hot then crapping out on you or, when you try to put load through it crapping out on you.
It's also possible that the STP has loosend deposits or trash what have you and there could be a lot of trash in the fuel lines or filter clogging it too though. Hopefully nothing too.
Make sure there are no cracks in any of the fuel lines or vent lines for the carbs too.
It's a CBR600?
Just some suggestions......

Well STP was the closest thing I had and I was hoping to clean out some of the junk.
And by only having one chance to crank it I mean. I'll hold the starter you'll hear that "cranking noise" and then if I give it the right throttle input then it will rev really high and start up. However if I don't give it the right throttle response then all it will do is let me try to crank it (pretty much just wasting the battery but the motor won't turn over).

Definently sounds like a fuel deliv. problem then. Double check everything in the fuel system. If it's never been serviced well.......... It's past time probably. Did you do change anything on the bike before the stp?
How long have ya' had the bike?
