Default 2002 Ninja 500 Body Work

Hey guys. I'm looking at a 2002 Ninja 500. The bike is cheap because of damage exterior to the bike, but the engine is almost brand new and it looks like a good deal to me:

I'm going to hopefully see the bike for myself soon, but before I do I'd like to get a rough idea of what type of work I'm getting myself into. From what I've gotten by looking at it and my very limited knowledge, the bike needs a new front fairing and a new headlight unit. Does this fairing seem like it would be appropriate/of decent quality:

eBay Motors: EX500 EX 500R 94-07 NINJA UPPER FAIRING COWL HEADLIGHT (item 270229868148 end time Aug-16-08 12:49:28 PDT)

I'm not sure if I should trust eBay or not, but it is a lot cheaper than getting an OEM part from Kawasaki. Also, any tips on a headlight unit? Any idea how much it would cost for the labor of repairs (not sure if I can do it myself, I probably could but I don't want to mess up )

Any other feedback on the bike itself or repairs is more than welcome. Thanks!
