Default Snapped Metal

i dropped my bike and my left foot peg snapped off the bracket it was attatched to.

the metal snapped where the footpeg was screwed on to.







do i have to buy a new bracket?

or can i weld this?

Looks like it's upgrade time. You now have an excuse to buy some aftermarket rearsets.

i checked my local kawa dealer and the part is like 70 bucks

whats this thing called anyway?

I'm a complete rookie, but I believe that is called a rearset.

Most likely can be found from an aftermarket manufacturer for less $$ than OEM.
