if my fork seals have a slight leakedge problem and the front of the bike is saggin about a inch is that a big problem.

Yes, fork seals should not leak. How are you measuring the sag? All bike suspension sags when a rider is added. Some amount (about an inch) is normal. Fortunately, fork seals aren't too bad to replace. You'll need to change the fork oil at the same time.

I'm moving this to "help me fix it" as that is where it belongs and you'll get more traffic.

not on the bike when checking the sagg i knew the seals were leaking but the way i found out about the inch sag was i just decided to lift up on the front of the bike just to see if if it did.

no it should sag about 5-12mm or so under no rider weight. best thing to do is put a zip tie around the fork tube and make sure you're not bottoming out when you ride it. in fact you should generally be using about 3/4 of the suspesnion travel to be ideal under your riding.

fork seals for my R6 were $25 for both.
but I put them in myself.

have you turned the preload up all the way yet? thats about it, you're going to need new springs along with new seals. if you're machanically inclined at all it isnt a real hard job with a service manual so dont be afraid to dive into it yourself.
