Welcome to SBN!!

What is the history of this problem? Started suddenly or has been getting worse over time?

Moved for more exposure.

If it's bogging and bucking in lower RPMs, then my first guess is the carbs need to be cleaned.

Sea Foam or Berrymans carb cleaner in fresh gas works well.
