Default dropped my bike, wont turn on

Hi guys i'm in a bind. I have a 99 gsxr6 and i tipped it over at almost 0mph when the wheel got stuck in a slit in the road.

Now when i turn the key on i don't hear the fuel pump turn on and the ignition switch does nothing.

The left side of the bike there is a white reservoir for the coolant i believe and the hose that comes out of that at the top has snapped off. I don't know where it leads. please, any help is appreciated!!

thanks for the advice, i tried many times turning the key on and off and the fuel pump seems to not turn on at all. No 'whirling' sound

it turns out this may be a fuse problem as the connector to the headlight has melted plastic and looks like it was blown off in a short. I'm not sure if this is true as the bike is pretty old. The connector may have been like that all along and the fall popped it out of its socket. Anyway, i need to check the fuses so can anyone tell me where to check on the bike?

Also, from the manual, it looks like the hose that comes out of the top of the radiator reservoir doesn't lead anywhere. Is it to release pressure or something?

Thanks in advance

I know it's in the manual, I was hoping to get a quick answer.
Anyway, I solved my problem. Thanks sleepy6 for your input.

So, how'd you get it started?

The hose that comes out of the top of the coolant reservoir is for overflow relief when pressure gets too high. The end should hang under the bike so coolant spills on the ground to one side of the rear tire when things get too hot.

It was very strange- after sitting over night, I went out to check it. Fuses were good, turned key on and was surprised to hear fuel pump turn on. pressed the ignition switch and heard it crank like twice then after the ignition switch wouldn't work anymore(didn't sound like a normal startup). turn key off/on again, tried everything again a few more times and it did the same thing. about 5th try it just started up like normal.
I know my description is laughable, I'm not a mechanic.
Now I have a fear in the back of my head that it'll suddenly die on the road.

Thanks for answering my radiator question btw
