Default power commander/ battery

i think my power commander is draining my battery when the bike is off. its killed two batteries now, so i know its not the battery. i completely charged the new battery and she started right up, then didn't ride it for a week because it was getting prepped for the track. went to start it today and there was no power at all. the only thing i've changed that would have anything to do with the electrical system would be the power commander so thats kinda what i'm thinking, especially since i started noticing the problem soon after installation. i hooked it up just like the directions said.... with the inline plugs to the injectors, the splice into the tps and the power wire to battery negative..... so what could be happening?

Could be something else like a battery that is discharging. Unplug battery and when you want to ride again plug in the batery. If that works then you have a system that is a constant drain even with the key off. Have you hooked up the Power commander directly to battery or a wire that is activated after the key is on?
