Default bumpy ride

ok, well please don't flame me for these amazing details lol but my bike , when you are at any consistent speed, is like wah wah wah wah wah like pulsing feeling. kind of bumpy, like the tire wasn't seated right. My chain is pretty loose, I have to borrow a torque wrench tomarrow to tighten it up, but do you think that is it?

Sounds like unbalanced tire and low air pressure.

Start with the chain tension. If it's really loose and worn, you may be hearing/feeling the slack varying as the wheel/rear sprocket goes around. Does the frequency go up and down with bike speed independent of what gear it's in?

Is it clean and well lubed? Any stiff links? Adjust the tension, clean and lube if necessary, and then see what happens to the noise/vibration. Did this start happening suddenly maybe in response to something done to the bike or develop over time?

I'd shit myself if it was. it LOOKS straight, I think it is just the chain, i gotta get my wrench tommarrow. BU the chain does have some stiff links, I can feel them when im in neutral rolling. What do I do about this?

Clean then lube the chain. If there are still stiff links after that, it's time for a new chain.

Check the links by bending them by hand. If any are stiff, it will be obvious.

well, its not the chain. ok well if you spin the tire, you can see that the tire wobbles just a tiny tiny bit, like a tire on a bike that needs to be trued, but it's not very bad. BUT, UPDATE, I can feel it in the gear shifter. it pushes against my foot in sequence with the wah wah sound. Tommarerow will be checking the front sprocket for tightness, and tighetening my clutch, since it doesnt seem to disengage fully.
