Default chain help please ASAP!

I was installing new chain and sprockets on my bike and in a hurry accidentally cut 1 to many links off!!! Im still beatin my head for being a dumb ass in a hurry!! My question is it ok to install two master links side by side or should i split the difference? I dont see it hurting anything because the links will be riveted. Thanks for the input!!

I wouldn't put them next to each other because it would be very easy to get them too tight - you kind of rely for spacing on the sizing of the normal links on either side. But you can certainly have more than one master link in the chain with no problem.

The master link is just as strong as the rest of the chain. You should be fine with the 2 links close by.
