Default align front wheel w/bars

ok i did a search and got this far but i know some one posted this same questoin but i cant find it not where but my problem. i have a 04 CBR 1000rr

Wife ride but doesnt have the hours to get out of what happened. Thank GOD her was ok .. She took off from my house and right into a parked car. Well now i have a not so straight ride. Meaning as i drive straight my handle bars making a right turn... is the best way to decribe it. The bike ride fine i got a little leakage out of the left fork/suspension and everytime i press the front brake i get a little movement foward .. some one told me that the bearing might be gone..... well my ? is how can i align the wheel so it can match my bars. is there something i can losen / or am i gonna need new forks triple clamps and stuff like that? help please!
