Default Engine overpowering clutch. What to do?

So I just bought a 1987 GSX-R1100 with a wiseco big bore kit (PO said he thinks it's 1250cc), pods, jetting, and a vance and hines exhaust. It's damn fast, but the bike is overpowering the clutch at 7,000rpm in every gear.

I don't know if the stock clutch should be able to handle this, or what clutch is in there or the condition. Either way, I'm looking for the best (and hopefully cheapest) way to go when I open up the clutch cover.

Shims?
Stronger springs?
Just the fibers?

Thanks!

First off you need to see what condition the clutch is in. If you think its worn, then start with a brand new clutch. If its still slipping the clutch, heavier springs may fix it. If it still slips after that, then a lock up clutch is about your only choice..
