Default 2002 ZX9R CV Carbs

Just installed a 2002 ZX9R engine in my speedway outfit & can't get the carb slides to shut down when throttling off. Seems to be a vent from the float bowl on the CV carbs. Is this to be plumbed anywhere special or am I missing somthing else? Appreciate any help as racing on the weekend. Cheers, Stone71

There is a vent that is open to athmosphere and if blocked your bowls will flood. Place some type of filter on it as it may be suceptible to dirt ingestion. Hope this helps

Not famillar with your carbs, Usually in preformance application vents are left open to air
