Default Only starts on Level ground

so my 500 when I park it in the driveway to open the garage door won't start since its uphill so I roll it down to the sidewalk where it is flat and level and it fires up. I was thinking kickstand sensor but that doesn't make sense once I think about it, Any clue?

Tilt sensor? I don't believe it has one. When I lowsided and went over to the bike it was still running.

It doesn't have a tip over sensor. The kickstand "sensor" isnt really a sensor at all its a simple switch.

Can you just leave it running while you open the garage door? The only thing I can think of is gas running out of the carb float bowls on the incline.

^ Yeah I could. I just ussually shut it off in gear as to help it from moving since its sitting inbetween two cars.

Another odd thing is. When I roll it back down it won't fire until I flip the on/off switch real quick then it'll work.
