Default Need Help Installing Lowering Links

The Title Says It All. I Have 1997 Gixxer 600. I Just Brought Some Lowering Links Off Ebay. I Need Some Detailed Instructions On How To Install Them.

You should be able to see how it is assembled by this picture. #13 is the links your are replacing. You need to have some way to hold up the rear of the bike other then the swingarm while you take the links out. Basically loosen those bolts and replace the links. The upper bolt should be the single eye hole in the links you bought. The lower bolt is the adjustable one. Start with the middle hole for a 2 inch drop from stock. Check the service manual for torque specs if your picky.

Or some tie downs attached to the subframe and a ceiling joist.

Default yeah i need help

yeah so i bought this bike and it needs work but i want to lower it in the front and get a longer swingarm in the back but i got these lowering links and have no idea how to do so any info would help
