Default Need help repairing plastics

I want to fix some of the scratches that my bike got the other day. Im thinking of filling the scratches then repainting. Ive been told that you cant use regular bondo because it wont stick to the plastic. If thats true then what should I use? I was reading an article and it said that Evercoat Poly-flex was good stuff to use. Anyone heard of it?

Its flowable viscosity is ideal for filling minor imperfections such as sand scratches, nicks, dings and gouges. Poly-Flex™ may also be used to skim coat over repair areas or large surface areas that have the original paint still intact. Blue cream hardener included.

I have used this before on bikes and some bumpers on cars. I actually just used it on my r6 that I am repairing. If you have any questions email me at quickcrx33@yahoo.com

Thanks,

Jeff Clark

Uee epoxy to fill the crack and slap a peice of fiber glass on the back easy fix should take 10 mins and look perfect from the outside cost will be around $5

if the scratches arent gouges or reep and jagged i would sand the plastics down a bit and repaint....worked for me...that or use a soldering gun to plastic weld or fill in the cracks or scratches and sand the raised plastic down to surface level....ive been doin it forever and it works great
