Does anyone else on this forum want to drop kick people when they say "oh well I dont' wanna get too big" or "well I dont' want to look like a body builder or one of those guys"

And when they say it, it's always in the context of you reccomending them good exercises that require them to get their asses off a useless machine in which they do about 25% of their max weight for 85 reps.

They say it like they honestly believe they might wake up one morning and grow a Jay Cutler like physique by doing anything more than their current waste of time routine. Because he didn't get it through years and years of hard work, dieting and heavy steroid use or anything like that, he just woke up one day like that right.......isn't that how it works?

As some one who trains on the side I dont' bother to waste my breath anymore, I just tell them to shut up and do the exercise.

Thanks for listening.

they should start doing infomercials for supplements like cell tech, so more newbs waste 10x as much as they should for creatine.

I mean how they all use constant misdirection and scam their way to the top. You would think people would get the hint and more things like the bowflex would pop up. But instead they have gotten worse.

You should watch the exercises they do in the total gym commercials. The majority of the things they do arent even real exercises. And to add insult, they say they are working muscles that they arent. They do an actual exercise like chest press and they say they are working the core and biceps and all that bullshit.

My new favorite infomercial is the breastisizer. Its a double sided bicycle pump that immitates a pec fly, but with very little ROM. The women bounce their pecs at the end of the motion and say thats the product working. LOL. I love pec bouncing...

Its pathetic that people under 65 use these things, and people over 25 still buy into these things.

hahaha.....

I suppose thats like the perfect push up too, by adding a twist with a push up you will inorporate the biceps? How in gods name is this possible they aren't even a synergist, they oppose the triceps. They might as well say you'll get huge thighs and add 3 inches to your dick while they're at it. But you know it must work because a navy seal invented it and navy seals can kick your ass!
