Default the new program

so i decided that since i dont have much time to workout, really i am working 16 days straight here, once my work schedule settles down to a regular schedule i may change things a little bit, but back to topic, i spend about 45 minutes at the weight room, doing circuit workouts. i like that 300 program so i started doing that again and made some modifications to it.

Pull ups 5
Dead Lift 135:10
Push Ups 10
Box Jumps 10
Floor Wipers 10
Kettlebell clean/press 10
Pull Ups 5
rest about 30 seconds then repeat, go thru lifts 3x

this is all i have for now, i will update wednesday when i get back to work the other days of lifting.

Kind of weird to see some of those lifts in the same workout but do what works for you. Circuit type stuff is fun and it really gets the heart beating. Make sure you monitor your rest inbetween times.

Just a suggestion, when you do pull ups, you may want to alternate one set for chin ups. It's just a different grip but it hits the muscles differently as well.

What are floor wipers?

well i have drastically changed things up, yet again, until i am fully converted to working 1200-2200, i cant seem to get into a routine. hopefully next week i can get my body used to those hours, on top of that at work I will be conducting PT on a daily basis, that will consist of running and various calistetics. monday i got a taste of it, I conducted PT for both Platoons and ran a total of 6 miles did over 100 pushups over 200 sit ups. but i cant wait till i get settled in.

Hold a bar heavy enough to keep your torso on the ground (in the 300 workout 135lbs) bench pressed over your chest. Start with your feet only an inch or two off the ground and bring them to one end fo the bar and return them to the floor, followed by another rep on the other side of the bar. You should have a slight bend in your knees <10 degrees, but do not flex them when performing a rep.

Decent exercise but def not on my list of favs
