Default long time

yep its been a while since i posted, i have been lazy, not missing the gym, but just not posting anything about the gym. well at the beginning of the month i cancelled my gym membership and now i use the weight room at work. last week a co-worker tore his pec completely off the bone benching 405, it was his 4th rep. so it got me rethinking what my goals are.

1. go thru the day with eas and not get very tired being on my feet.
2. get my abs really showing (less then 5% body fat)

so now i have gotten back to the circuit workouts.

LESS than 5%?

Those are competition ready numbers. You will be shredded at that. Most male models are around 8%

True that. People don't understand the discipline that is needed to obtain single digit BF%.

Here's me last year at around 8%.
