workout tips
hhey gyus i need some tips for working out...
how is your workout shedule?
do you use suplements?if so which is better?creatine?whey protein?
i'm 6'1" 203
i haven't work out in a year..i did worl out for 8 months but i gained more weight than muscle...so i wanna some tips to build muscle
i need help.

Think they have a subforum for this one.
All you have to do gain muscle is sleep enough, eat protien enough, and work out enough. Little easier said then done.

First of all...buy CELLTECH. Cell tech will lower your body fat and increase your muscle mass.
I must warn you though you will get freakishly strong and cut if you take it.

I used Cell-Tech a while back. I didn't like that there was so much sugar in it though, and like all MuscleTech products it's overpriced.
Good stuff, but I don't know that I would ever use it again.

celltech is like 40 bucks for 10 days worth, too expensive imo.

if you're dedicated I'd say
Work out 4-5 times a day
go
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Legs
Arms
Give each day a minimum of 50 minutes, 6 exercises per day
Take protein, a low calorie (120 per 20'ish grams) whey is the best
Take creatine, with it, use the monohydrate since it's cheap and works well
take them both before and after you're workout
that's a simple/cheap plan, cost about $1 a day for suppliments
I got that from some gym fanatics while i was in iraq, take it as you will, worked for me though
