Great find for those that record their progress in some way. I tried doing that in a notebook but after a month I realized I don't care what I do in the gym as long as I kick my ass as hard as I can and my muscles burn at the end of the work out. The best record of your progress is your camera IMO. Thanks for sharing nevertheless

^^ this program does seem to be a good companion to that though I think? It formulates the patterns for you so you don't have to do it yourself.... a convenient application for sure.
