i had to come up with a work out to do where i have minimum amount of options. here is what i have squat rack, barbell, and dumbbells. also have flat bench and inclined bench and inflated ball.
This is how things went for me today:
Full Squat 6x12 @ 95#
Side Split Squat 3x10 @ 45#
Dumbell Lunge 2x10 @ 50#
Dead Lift 4x15 @ 45#
Seated Calf Raise w/ DB 6x15 @ 95#
Barbell Calf Raise 6x15 @ 95#
Back Hypo w/Ball 6x15
Incline DB curl 4x12 @ 25
Standing Alternating DB Curl 3x12 @20
Preacher curl using incline bench 2x10 @ 30#
i dont think i am going to be lifting after work again, i was tired as hell.

it took me 1 hr and 30 min. to do it. i really enjoy the results i have been getting from legs lately, i was playing basketball at work, first time in close to 2 years and i was pretty close to dunking it.
Man, I used to squat all the time in high school--I did upper body, but I was more concerned about my legs for football. Now I just cannot bring myself to do it. I don't play a team sport like that anymore, and if I work heavy on my legs I'll be sore for a couple of days--which is a couple of days that I cannot run or bike. I'm sure at this point I can bench more than I can squat, haha!

legs rock. i always try to push the envelope and see how hard i can press a workout and how quickly I can recover from that workout. It's a delicate balance, and after some workouts I'm hurting for days, and after others I'm good to go the next day.
