Default Bodybuilding.com

so i have been using this site to log my workouts and keep track of my numbers and see what i have been doing from a different perspective, but lately that website has been really sucky. very slow, sometimes just not working out all. so now my little hissy fit is over and off to workout.

Bodybuilding.com is great for it's sheer size and volume but kids are taking it over in a bad, bad way. Way too much bad information going around there because the Vets get tired of answering the same question over and over and over again. Their bodyspace program is really nice though.

This site is no where as bad as BB.com. I did notice at this site you can start a thread like "I like the color red" and by the end of it, it will be a flaming political debate about why guns are bad and George Bush is the devil.

Just be weary of who you get advice from on that site. Way too many 18 yr olds who've been lifting for 4 months and are 5'10'' 145lbs giving advice on "what works for me."

I agree there are a lot of younger people on BBcom. You just have to watch whos advice you take and may have to do some extra research. Just like any other forum your always going to have dumb asses, trolls, and post whores. I think the web team has been working on the site and making it go really slow the last few days.

The articles in the Supersite are full of good information. Kinda like 1quick1 said if a 17 year old is telling you how superdrol worked great for him its probably not a good idea to listen to him and please neg him.

if you want advice on bodybuilding amd getting strong as hell, i'd go to the sites where the massive freaks hang out and not bb.com where the 18 year olds are giving the advice

go check out ironaddicts site and DoggCrapps site. great trainers who really know their stuff about what can work for just about anyone.

poliquin also has lots of great articles floating around

yea that's a good site. The DC program is some good stuff too. There's plenty of great sites out there if you look. I post on about 5-6 forums and it's usually pretty easy to tell the difference.

i'm not suggesting that ppl who just happen upon DC's site should follow that program but there are lots of experienced guys who know what they're talking about

DC training is definitely not for everyone, especially new(er) lifters.
