can't see pictures

regardless of what protein it is, it won't do you any good unless you have a sound diet to go along with it.. protein is a supplement that is to be added to your current diet.

I have never used six star. I usually stick with something like ON pro complex or something from cyto sport.

I've come to the conclusion that there are so many supplements on the market and so many people swearing by each one that I have given them all up and just started eating right and working out. It's like asking, "What oil is the best?" But yes, I have tried that protein before. It tastes good and has a lot of good stuff going for it.

I used ON Gold when I was on a budget. Best kind for your money. I still use it; it doesn't even taste bad.

By the way, uh... Are you just planning on consuming this and subsequently expect to get jacked?

It just a good post workout drink or a meal replacement if you are looking at cutting calories and still getting your daily intake of nutrition.

I use it for workout drink, but It says to mix 1 scoop of the mix with 4oz of water or skin milk, can I use 2% milk?

They will all be about the same, only difference is calories, vitamin and protien amounts and so on. All wheys are pretty close to each other.

Use this as a post workout becuase that is when your body needs it the most and and yes you can use it with 2% it will just add a few calories.

For pre work out grab an NO2 or creatine

That 6 star stuff is pretty good. Mix 6 ounces warm water in a shake mixer with a scoop, shake vigourously for 30 seconds or so,let it get cold in the fridge and then shake again b4 consuming if u got time. If not just mix the powder with 6oz cold water. It tastes very good, and produces a thick rich shake if made with the warm water and chilled. It actaully has creatine in it.
Creatine is used to swell muscles with water, give u a boost of energy, slow catabolism, and help increase the uptake of protein in the muscles. It's rather pointless without protein for the muscles to take in. Take a scoop of whey and 5grams creatine 15-30 minutes prior to working out. Immediatly after working out, drink a 20 ounce bottle of coke, have some low fat cake, eat some cookies, low fat ice cream, pasta or other simple carb,at least 70-100 grams worth try and avoid overly greasy food. Right after eating the carbs, get in another 5 grams creatine to maximize the insulin spike. 15-20 minutes after eating the carbs, drink 2 scoops of that protein shake.
