Default my workout today

so today i was doing chest at the gym, after my third lift i was thinking damn i dont think i was this tired last week after 3 lifts. so i am contemplating if i should cut down some of the lifts or just keep going, when i came to realize, i was doing more weight on every lift, but the kicker was i added sets to a couple lifts. but now i am super tired and want to go to bed, but cant for another 1 and 1/2 hours.

I see only positive things in your post. You're not complaining right? It's really awesome when you load some weights that you could hardly push 3 months ago and do a set with them now. Love those moments of 100% WIN!

I think I'm getting equally exhausted from "more weights / less sets" and "less weights / more sets". Sleep more is the only suggestion I can give you but I know how hard it can be at times.

cut the reps down slightly until you can do your whole work out and then start increasing reps
