In january binx_19 said he's starting working on his transformation and I said I'm joining him in his efforts (along with several other SBNers I believe). Here's my progress exactly 2 months later. I'm not sure if there was a thread dedicated to that so if there is, let me know and I'll post those pics there I'm 6'6" and currently 221 lb. I think back in Jan I was 217 - 220. Take into account that my weight varies by 2-3 pounds from the time I go to bed to the time I wake up
Making gains at my height is REDICULOUSLY hard so don't expect too much change lol
And yes, I'll start working on those abs once I hit 235 lb and I can afford losing weight

7000 a day but I can hardly gain anything. That's both a bless and a curse because I don't get fat very easily but at the same time I can hardly gain any weight. Not to mention that if I decrease this number to 3000 my body begins to viciously eat itself. Last summer I lost about 20 lbs in 2 months.

Packing muscle on like a champion! I think the most noticeable gains are in your triceps and your shoulders. Since you mentioned that your a hard gainer are you taking a nighttime protein? A good night time protein can be very helpful for hard gainers. I think a lot of people under estimate how important they can be. If your not taking one its like starving your muscles for 8 hours!
Are you taking anything supplements or does the calorie intake take care of everything?
Yeap. I take Cytogainer and by mistake I ordered 11 buckets instead of 5 and now I'm stuck with it for the next 2-3 months...

Thanks! I used to take casein but I was too cheap to buy another one I guess I will buy a bucket or two now that you mentioned it. I usualy take 1-2 good meals 1-2 hours before I go to bed tho. As I said above, the one supplement that I'm taking is cytogainer. I;m very happy with it! I've tried many gainers and this one works best for me.
Thanks for the input guys

Damn if youre hardly gaining you might want to trade someone all of that cytogainer for muscle juice.
edit: Its less than half the price too
I say this because I started taking MJ yesterday
Might post before and after pics
I just hope the 60g's of sugar doesnt kill me
Woooow!!! Thanks for enlightening me on that one. I think once I'm done with the cytogainer I'm gonna try that. 10 lbs for $26 = awesomeness! Post some pics in few months/weeks to see how that works for you. From what I read about it it looks like a decent investment.

z man very nice progress bro! the definition in your tris and delts are awesome, keep up the good work.
i also said i'd join in the transformation at the beginning of the year, i just haven't posted up pictures or really contributed my progress, but i'm still in it.

Good Job. Definitely some improvement in definition and gained size in the shoulders. I stopped my current workout at 3 weeks, and am doing just some maintenance work while I finish getting Omar ready and getting this school term done, but I might have to take up the challenge you and binx are on this summer.
congratz. if you were to supplement, i personally would focus on things that will give you more energy and quicker recovery and stick to your 7k diet instead of stuff like meal replacements, protein or amino acids. Or, if you notice that you have plenty of energy and you feel good the day after a workout, just lift more intensely

damn 7000 cal is not easy to do!! can we see what your lifts are looking like?
Squat - 215 x 3 (I started working out my legs quite recently because I used to have knee problems whenever I pushed them a little too hard. I know it's ridiculous to bench more than squat but I'm working on it!)
Flat bench - 225 x 7
Bench decline - 225 x 7
Bench incline - 215 x 7
Flat bench dumbells - 100 x 7
Barbell Curl - 125 x 8
Dumbbell Alternate Bicep Curl - 75 x 5
EZ-bar preacher curl - I put 65lb on each side and lift that 6 times (you do the math cos I don't know how much does the EZ bar weigh)
Skull crushers - 40 on each side x 6-7 (on my best days ... otherwise 30 x 10)
I started doing deadlift very recently and at the moment I'm on 205 x 9.
Those are the ones that popped up in my head

good stuff man. great progress in the pictures... remember to focus on breathing and form when you do the squats (for your knee problems) and the deadlifts for sure, as it's easy to pull muscles if you are off.
