Well I have been doing this transformation at my work and I thought that I would post them on here in the fitness section. The competition started on January 4th and is going until March 28th. The winner of this gets a fully paid trip to Mr. Olympia 2008 in Las Vegas this year. I work at Bodybuilding.com so a lot of people want to go to Vegas for the show! I think I am doing fairly good along with everyone else. I will let you guys know how it turns out.
