Default Body Space

Damn I love the bodyspace workout tracker, it graphs my number of sets, reps and volume of weight pumped, today i pumped the most weight since i started recording my workouts there, and i did shoulders today. it is a good way to show if i need to make some adjustments IE add more weight or reps, to balance out my workouts.

following this set up is helping me add more weight and reps to my workouts, which explains me being sore more lately.

i was never a fan of writing or tracking stuff, but for some people they are the opposite and it really helps them out

Personal preference i guess

we have something similar here ... FitLinxx

but it only works with cario equipment and the machine weights. and it doesn't graph anything for you, just tallies up your totals at the end of each workout.

what sucks is you can manually enter a cardio workout but you cannot manually enter in free weights.

with this body space, does it give you any kind of summary over a series of workouts to track your increases? Does it show you your previous workout or previous exercises done and track the sets/reps/weight used on those previous exercises so you can see if you increased?

Bodyspace is awesome. Check it out just go to Bodybuilding.com and create an account. Similar to myspace but much cooler
