I've been looking at somethiing that will help me pick up some weight and endurance since all my endurance goes to my penis so I can please the ladies...

This might just border on an illegally posted advertisement.

that said, the product looks interesting... might have to spend some time researching it. I'm not usually one to hop on a supplement band wagon, but this talks about activating stem cells to build new muscle cells. Interesting idea.

but i am like you, i usually don't buy into pills for gain/loss/enhancement etc. but i am very curious b/c of the reason you stated, it promotes stem cell growth. very interesting.

i went ahead and purchased two packages of it ... i figure $119 is a minimal investment if it helps me out. we'll see.


are you strictly a night worker? if so, can't you just switch the night pills with the day pills and vice versa?????

i have probably the dumbest schedule ever ... i work two 12 hour day shifts, one day off, then i work two 12 hour night shifts, then three days off, then repeat. i NEVER get used to the sleep schedule.

After reading this post, I checked out your myspace, you have the same body type I do, and I was as skinnier than you are when I was 21.

What it's going to take for you to gain weight is not some miracle drug, it's good old fashioned EATING and hard work. I couldn't gain weight no matter what I tried (at least that's what I thought). Then I finally found someone who gave me good advice, eat big, and eat often. I was 6'2" 165lbs, I started a diet, and by the end of it, I was taking in 5500 calories a day of QUALITY food (oatmeal, plain yogurt, protein supplements, beef, milk, chicken, eggs, whole wheat, etc, etc) eating every 2-3 hours and even waking up in the middle of the night for a protein shake. Within 3 years I was 240lbs at 13% body fat (hydrostatically tested), I've lost about 15lbs in the last year because I got lazy and was going out too much. You CAN do it, it just takes determination and discipline.

5500 calories????? dayum ... that is a LOT of food man. we should all have your downfall.

when i was on this 800 calorie a day diet, i was thinking what i was eating was a LOT for 800 calories, i can only imagine 5500 calories.

they don't ship overseas, so i had it shipped to my home in the states and will have it mailed to me from there. hopefully i'll get it in about two weeks.

wow your measurements back then are the same as when i was 17. i have never broke 200, not sure if i want to, but my goals are to get about 48-50 inch chest, 20 inch arms 30 inch thighs, 20 inch calfs. that probably puts me over 200

I'm 6'2", if I can hit 240lbs CUT, I'll be the same size as Arnold was in his prime. I'm not saying I'll be anything like what he was, because he had perhaps the most symmetrical body of all time. But, I should be able to attain his size, if I can reach 260, and then cut down to 230 or so, I should be big and cut.

actually my sleep schedule sucks, i will just randomly fall asleep on my days off, but last week i was able to have somewhat of a schedule, we will see how things go this week. i have to fight adversaty tomorrow, i am covering 2 hours for another guy at work, and i want to get to the gym by 3pm, so that means i can get about 4 hours of sleep.

but last weeks schedule:

0800 home from work
1430 wake up
1500 gym
2100 sleep
Monday & Tuesday:
0600 wake up
0700 get out of bed
0800 catch up on SBN
1300 gym
2100 sleep
Wednesday:
0600 wake up
0700 out of bed
1300 gym
2200 leave for work
Thursday-Saturday
0700 off work
0800 sleep
1900 start work
