Building Strength and Muscle without Illegal Substances
(ARA) - Every week the media comes out with a new story of another amateur or professional athlete using steroids. For athletes and health fanatics it seems they are willing to do whatever they believe is necessary to get results, and ignore the risk involved in using illegal substances.
According to studies and research, using anabolic steroids merely inflates your muscles (hence the term "juiced") and does not provide permanent results. There are also several harmful side effects of steroid use, like diabetes, rage, aggression, uncontrollable mood-swings and significant changes to body systems that are not natural to the user's gender.

that said, the product looks interesting... might have to spend some time researching it. I'm not usually one to hop on a supplement band wagon, but this talks about activating stem cells to build new muscle cells. Interesting idea.

but i am like you, i usually don't buy into pills for gain/loss/enhancement etc. but i am very curious b/c of the reason you stated, it promotes stem cell growth. very interesting.

i went ahead and purchased two packages of it ... i figure $119 is a minimal investment if it helps me out. we'll see.
are you strictly a night worker? if so, can't you just switch the night pills with the day pills and vice versa?????
i have probably the dumbest schedule ever ... i work two 12 hour day shifts, one day off, then i work two 12 hour night shifts, then three days off, then repeat. i NEVER get used to the sleep schedule.

Put all your ill feelings towards me aside for a second and listen.
After reading this post, I checked out your myspace, you have the same body type I do, and I was as skinnier than you are when I was 21.
What it's going to take for you to gain weight is not some miracle drug, it's good old fashioned EATING and hard work. I couldn't gain weight no matter what I tried (at least that's what I thought). Then I finally found someone who gave me good advice, eat big, and eat often. I was 6'2" 165lbs, I started a diet, and by the end of it, I was taking in 5500 calories a day of QUALITY food (oatmeal, plain yogurt, protein supplements, beef, milk, chicken, eggs, whole wheat, etc, etc) eating every 2-3 hours and even waking up in the middle of the night for a protein shake. Within 3 years I was 240lbs at 13% body fat (hydrostatically tested), I've lost about 15lbs in the last year because I got lazy and was going out too much. You CAN do it, it just takes determination and discipline.

5500 calories????? dayum ... that is a LOT of food man. we should all have your downfall.
when i was on this 800 calorie a day diet, i was thinking what i was eating was a LOT for 800 calories, i can only imagine 5500 calories.

they don't ship overseas, so i had it shipped to my home in the states and will have it mailed to me from there. hopefully i'll get it in about two weeks.

wow your measurements back then are the same as when i was 17. i have never broke 200, not sure if i want to, but my goals are to get about 48-50 inch chest, 20 inch arms 30 inch thighs, 20 inch calfs. that probably puts me over 200
