Please keep the posts somewhat informative and on topic.

A simple google search will tell you what your current diet is lacking, and a even simpler search of this very forum will give you more foods you can eat and a better shopping list for the next time you go to the store. If that is indeed all you eat, then you are seriously lacking in many catagories and the post I would need to write to fix them is not something I want to do right now... so I'll let you educate yourself

Good luck and it's a great thing that you are even considering changing your diet.

more fruit & vegetables! lettuce, tomatoes, and cucs? that's it? what about some pears, apples, grapes, oranges ... carrots, celery, asparagus, spinach, peppers, etc ...

you need much more bro!

now for your juices, while some people feel they are more healthy than soda ... think again. check the sugar content on them. you'll find juices aren't as healthy as you may think.

if you need some more help, drop me a line.

^^ to add to the fruit juice comment... they really are loaded with sugar, even the 100% juice varieties. I don't do it with my orange juice, but I will generally water down (1/4 of the glass) my juice when I drink it. Also, I don't drink more than 1 glass in a couple of hours... and usually after walking or exercise to replenish glucose stores. Since there isn't much else in the juice for you to digest, the sugars are quickly and easily absorbed and are good for glycogen replenishment, while the whole fruit has good fibers in it that allow the sugars to be absorbed slower which makes them good for eating before exercise when you need energy.
