Post up the Nutrition Facts of something, but don't tell what it is. Lets discuss weather it is healthy or not based on the Nutritional Label. Then you can reveal what it actually is.

Looks like a frozen dinner, probably chicken based with broccoli due to the fiber and protien levels with given calories. The fat looks a little high for this though. Defnitely some meat for the cholest and sodium for preservation.
I'd say it's not unhealthy, as long as you eat low sodium foods for the rest of the day. If you just ate 4 of these, your kcals and protein would be good, but your sodium would be really high and you'd have a big load of figer.

I was refering to my chicken/broccoli frozen dinner scenario. 7/3g's isn't bad if it's actually a meal.

I'd think that's a little more fiber than o's would provide, but I haven't eaten them maybe once or twice in the past decade so I'm not much of an expert.

I think this looks pretty healthy, with the exception of the Sodium. Its a little high, but like SAHTT said - if you avoid high sodium foods the rest of the day you will be fine.

that's one of the things you forgot on your label, is serving size... which is pretty important when figuring out the nutritional value of food. though, i guess if you had put that we would have had an easier time guessing the food.
Not horrible, i've certainly seen worse. I'd just make my own chili though :p Healthy, because it's not mcdonalds, unhealthy because is processed meat, beans and sauce... Fun game, i'll find a label here really quick...
