that video is great.. one of my bookmarks for the days when i feel lazy. How'd you like to get pinned by a guy with no arms and no legs? :p
Nice workout. I know I can't go for 2 or 3 hours... MEG's (or EMG's.. same thing) have shown me my limit, but nice. Would love to know how you keep it going and how much rest you get between sets. 59 sets for an entire body seems a waste to me, but if that's what gets you pumped than awesome

I'm in the gym 3.5-4hrs a day...
An hour of bag, focus mits, muay thai
Then usually sparring/MMA sparring
An hour of jiu jitsu/wrestling
Then an hour of judo or lifting weights

I do this workout 3 days a week with a day break inbetween and off on weekends. Binx I have the same ADD if not ADHD lol But I keep focused with music and getting pissed (for me its a stress reliever). For heavy weight I listen to everything from Linkin Park to Megadeth and Slayer. For rep work I listen to rap i.e. eminem, DMX and etc.
As far as rest between sets I give myself a minute to 5 minutes depending on what I am doing. As far as proven programs this one is proven and then some. I have been lifting for 2.5 yrs and started out at 6'3 155lbs and barely being able to bench 100lbs 10 times. Now I'm roughly 195lbs, benching 300+ for reps and still gaining strength and remaining cut. For most people I know my workout is extreme (to say the least haha) but it works quite well. As far as being a professional bodybuilder, hell no lol never ever ever will I be one. I like being fit and ripped.

you should consider going to a certified physiology lab and getting yourself tested on a metabolic analyzer and a MEG (EMG) machine. Almost every bit of learning I've done says that your body goes into a catabolic state after resistance training for longer than 2 hours (exact numbers are closer to 1hr 45min), and those tests might tell you if you are dipping into that zone and wasting sets. I don't doubt your gains or your abilities, i just wonder if you could be getting the same results with far less stress on your body.

Good advice is always welcome, and I will definitely talk to my doctor about that . I only workout for so long because I NEVER get sore unless I work out in this manner. Its weird, but as i said I will definitely check that out

Damm thats a big work out im only putting in like 45min lifting & 30 min on the treadmill on monday & wednesday all the other days im at work at night so i just do pullups, pushups & some crunches at home
I'm not hitting nearly the weight and reps you are, but still finding it tough to maintain/increase flexibility.
I'm flexibility is decent. Haven't noticed much of a change from when I started lifting.
