I found these at my local Target Supercenter. They have 13 grams of fiber, low fat, low sugar, basically as good as any whole wheat one I've seen, and taste like a plain flour tortilla from Chipotle or something. I just thought I'd share as I have tried many healthy tortillas and wraps, and alot of them taste like soggy cardboard!
the company's name is La Tortilla Factory, and the ones I have been eating are in a green package that says "Smart and Delicous" and something about being made with olive oil. The package looks like this one:
By the way, they are in the refrigerated section at my local Target SuperCenter. I don't know if they have them at regular Targets, or anywhere else for that matter.

lean ground beef or roast (for shredded) is a good start. Spinach instead of lettuce, or dark lettuce (generally the more colorful/dark the vegetable, the more nutrients are in it), tomatoes or a natural/organic/home made salsa (home made.. watch the salt you put in it). You can use low fat cheese.... or just watch the amount you put into the tacos. Skip the sour cream, or use low fat sour cream if you gotta have that flavor.
I dunno if you fry your tacos, but if you do, don't (lol)... or use a healthy oil (safflower, olive...) and use less of it (they don't need to cover the taco).
jeez... look at me, the advice dispensing machine here. I'm sure others will have some good recipes too.

not super healthy but not terrible for you. dice up some chicken breast, add to tortilla, add cheese, salsa, cayenne pepper, a little chilli powder and good in a skillet w/ olive oil.

yeah i'm just a little more simple I'd be happy with a tortilla some properly seasoned ground/shredded beef, some beans, cheese and salsa.
I just don't know of any healthy ways to season the beef

What exactly would super healthy be, then? Because chicken breast is very high in protien and low in fat, and the salsa will have aot of nutrients. I make wraps and tacos out of chicken breast all the time. I alslo use premade lean diced chick breast when in a pinch, too. And fat free sour cream is pretty good, too.
As for seasoning, I just use the little bags of Ortega taco seasoning. I don't know how healthey you all are trying to eat, but all I'm really doing is eating a portion of carb and a portion of protien 6 times a day, and staying away from fat and sugar as much as possible. I really don't think a little bag of seasoning is going to hurt much, especially when I use less than a half a bag to season enough taco meat for a week.
Another thing I do is mix lean ground beef with ground turkey breast. I can't stand the taste of ground turkey, but mixing it with the beef makes it taste beefier!
As for salt, mentioned above, I wouldn't worry about it. If you are into eating healthy, hopefully you are drinking enough water (8-10 glasses a day or more). Many of you are drinking much more water than that because you're working out and stuff. Anyway, my point is, that salt is not a problem unless you're dehydrated or using it excessively. I think I may start a new thread to discuss this.

salt and pepper ;)
chilli pepper flakes and other dry spices. No need for all those rubs or packets of mixed ingredients... use dry spices and find flavors that work for you
