I like to stick to stuff thats got a good beat and well...doesnt sound like the same old shit(what my gym constantly plays)

Nirvana would have to be one of my favorites. Then NIN, and ever so often some old pearl jam.

It certainly beats listening to the freakin daughtry, brittney spears(there is a workout rollmodel....[/sarcasm]), some crappy rap music, and <insert lame repetitive same sound rock bands> that my gym plays constantly.
