Do you guys like the feeling of being sore or would you rather load up on supplements to help you recover and not get as sore? Personally I like being sore because it makes me feel like I had a good work out. But you cant complain about recovery time right?
I agree ... its certainly not that I like being sore (it sux0rz) but it is definitely a good indicator of how hard I've worked and how my body has or has not adjusted to the particular exercises I'm doing.
My wife and I just started going to the gym a couple weeks ago (yeah, New Years resolution haha) so I've been sore alot lately!

I think I prefer the pump than being sore as an indicator of my workout intensity. Needless to say a good pump is always followed by being sore and to answer the question: I love being sore although I do complain about it

There's nothing like coming home after a good martial arts workout with a couple new bruises and a bunch of sore muscles. Let's you know you got your money's worth (or you didn't warm up properly!)

I like being tired after a workout, but not really sore. it seems when I'm sore, i'm sore for like 2 or 3 days after a workout and I remind myself not to push it so hard next time.

You get REALLY sore the first couple weeks you work out after a long break. That's just annoying and painful. I don't really mind it too much, as it does not last that long.
But if you're in decent shape, you don't get very sore no matter how hard you workout. i think it's a good indicator to see if you've overdone it, too.
I think those suppliments are for pussies.
