Default Lets hear your supp stack!

If anyone takes supplements lets hear which ones you guys are currently on. Or which ones have worked well for you in the past?

Currently I am trying to bulk up and win a transformation challenge at my work so I am taking a few goodies!

BSN True Mass--Weight gainer/Protein
Optimum 100% Whey Protein--Daily protein
AST Multipro 32X--Multivitamin
VPX NO Shotgun--Nitric Oxide for pre workout
BSN Cellmass--Creatine for post workout
Scivation Xtend--Glutamine/Recovery
iForce 1, 4AD Bold 200--PA/lean muscle builder

This is my supp stack that I have been on for about 3 weeks. I am going to take all these for 8 weeks and then cycle off for a few weeks. Then I am going to jump right back on.

last stack I tried was xience XNGF, XFB AM, and XTEST. Worked pretty good and I personally felt no uncomfortable symptoms.

Xyience can throw some good supplements out every once in awhile. A lot of people like the Nox CG3.

I've switched almost exclusively to tea lately. I don't get the pseudo-cocaine high yet I maintain energy throughout the day.

I have been using the same supplements now for 4 years.

supercharge by Labrada
and extreme Body 50 protien shake from ABB

Just remember guys and girls. Take a break from your supplements after 30 or 60 days. Or else your body will become dependent on them. Meaning if you take them for 6 months straight then quit cold turkey you will probably lose wieght and strength until your body is used to not having it.

I recommend 60 days on 2 weeks off. for your daily supplements. this includes your multivitamines.

If your taking Anabolics 30 days on 30 days off.

as for protien I just switch companies from time to time and dont take a break from it.

Take a break from the multivitamins?

I was under the impression that my body wasn't getting all of its required vitamins and minerals to start with, so is that going to make a difference?

Your body should get the required amout of vitamines through what you eat.
taking a multi vitamine will help increase the amount to make up what burn off at the gym.

plus some of the ingredients in a performance multi your body already creates on its own. adding on to this natural amount slows your bodies ability to process this on its own.

So taking time off will let your body recooperate. if you keep taking them your body will become dependant on them, In turn you will probably start to feel a little drained in the morning and possibly worn out during your daily routine( work, kids, gym, riding motorcycle so on and so on).

I myself stopped taking multivitamines all together, and i actually feel better doing so.

Where do you get it from? I've been paying $40 bucks a container for that shit at Harris Teeter for months and my ass is starting to hurt from paying so much.

EDIT: and the cookies n cream one is nasty.
