Interesting, I've noticed the complete opposite. I feel much better since I started taking them.

If i don't eat right, regardless of what supplements I'm taking, I don't feel good. I don't just mean eating 'right' or 'healthy', but if I don't eat enough, or if the intervals between feedings are too great, I notice I am really drained of energy and it makes even the simplest workout suck.

Being a student sucks balls cause you never seem to have enough money for proper nutrition. I thought it was bad enough the first 4 years, but then I had to go and get into paramedic school :p

Just about what I eat. Can't do the Whey protein anymore. It was giving me the runs like every 10 minutes. I don't do whole eggs anymore. I buy mostly egg beaters.

there's lots of hype about protein, glutamine and creatine supplementation too

That is a pretty basic supplementation though, and the more basic the better IMO.

There is absolutely NO substitute for eating a wide variety of healthy foods for ALL your nutritional needs. So much of the supplements sold out there are not regulated and there fore the ingredients and processes used to make the supplement could potential make it just a waste... which pretty much means your putting your money in the toilet.

literally.

Haha so was I. You better be getting a SERM man. Your muscle will turn into bitch tits pretty quick and your test will drop and the next thing you know you will like men! Just playing but yeah PCT for sure.

i know a couple of cats who have done test stacks properly and I'm certainly jealous, but I don't think the potential risks are worth it.

That's just me though.

I was surprised reading through this that it took so long for someone to chime in with roids. I second what someone was saying about the supplements while you are on the juice.

For the guy that said he was on it, take clomid or nolvadex upon completing your cycles to prevent an increase in estrogen so you don't end up with a nice set of tities. I did a couple cycles in college and I took clomid for a couple weeks after each cycle and never had any of the side effects like bitch tits or tiny balls.

Just like any other supplement the roids are only going to be as good as your diet and workout routine. I did two stacked cycles with about 2 months between them, and in that six or so months I went from 5'10" 145 lbs to 195 lbs while keeping my body fat below 6%. Needless to say people knew what was going on. To say it was obvious is about the understatement of the century. The first cycle I stacked Test and D-bal and the second cycle I stacked Test 2 and Decca. During both cycles I gained incredible amounts of weight and strength and I felt like I was the king of the world. Coming off of them was a bitch however, and I think it permanently damaged my metabolism. I have to work extremely hard and watch what I eat to stay in shape now, which is a pretty big change from being 145 lbs and being able to eat whatever I wanted. I look back on it now, and I think it was pretty stupid to be honest. I took them for vanity purposes just like most people that take them, and it is a pretty big risk to take just to put on some weight and be Billy Badass in the gym pumping out 350 lbs as a set on the bench press.
