Default Calorie Counter? Anybody Got One?

I've been looking on-line for a calorie counter. Something where you punch in what you ate and it tells you calories and fat content. I've tried google but it seems everybody wants 20 bones or so for it.

If you have one and could email it to me, I sure would appreciate it. Thanks!

most nutrition text books come with a cd that has some sort of diet analysis or diet creation program with them. These can generally be had for less than 20 bucks, especially if it's an older edition.

Just thought that might help. My girlfriends last one was "Understand Nutrition" (don't have the ISBN, sorry).
