Just found this. It's kind of a cool tracking tool so you can see you're progress against what your goal is. You enter in a little data and it generates the ticker. You can even add this ticker to you sig on the site here and everyone can see how you're doing. Then when you update your wight data, it automatically updated the ticker and you never have to change the image link and it will always be up to date.





They also have tickers for various types of other goals or occasions.
