i hate doing legs ... absolutely hate legs, which is probably why i don't do them.
running and soccer give me a pretty decent leg work out.

I'd have to say that I enjoy a circuit training or high intensity session much more than your common 'bodybuilding' workout. If i'm going to break down my sessions into body parts, then by far back and legs are my favorite.
But, the king of all workouts for me, is the one where my whole body hurts and I try to bargain with myself to get out of doing the next days session. Using weights, deadlifts are easily my favorite exercise and without weights a plyo circuit of burpess, sprints, sled/parachute pulls, pullups and pushups makes me feel like a stud.

Cardio is by far my favorite. I feel like i can push myself further while doing cardio and i get done with the workout covered in sweat and feeling great.
