So I am not horribly out of shape but college has taken a toll on me compared to what I was last year during my senior yr. of HS.
With all my class hours/honors class/afterschool junk, I have been putting health on the back burner. Oh and

doesn't help either.
But that ends tonight, tomorrow I am starting a 60 day diet plan that will run from Jan 14 - March 14. (Gotta get ready for spring break

)
I have created a google blog where I will put what I eat, my workout for that day, and a picture for every single day to show progress....or god forbid, my failure.
I figure if it's on the internet, there is no turning back, and I miss my old form so I need to put the work back in.
