Default what do you guys snack on?

i try hard to watch what i eat, and when i eat regular meals i do watch how and what i eat. i do the same when i snack, but i tend to snack more than i eat regular meals, which one thing i'd like to establish (finally) is a routine schedule for eating (which i've never had, and i'm sure that contributes to my lifelong weight battle).

i snack on low-fat snacks (i.e. baked pringles, baked chips, snackwell cookies, etc.). i rarely eat regular potato chips or nachos, things of that nature. i know i should snack on veggies and fruit, but i work swing shifts, and during these 12 hour mid shifts, nothing is open except a little convenient store here on base (it's like a miniature 7/11 without the icee), so i'd have to get my produce before i work, which sometimes i do not do.

so, chime in on what you guys snack on when you're watching sports, a movie, or when you're at work and bored as hell.

I'm not into healthy eating. I eat everything. I'm as bad as my kids, ice cream, chips, soda, popcorn, cookies, and an occasional fruit.

When at home I generally snack on cereal. When I am out on the road I generally grab something at the gas station, mainly pop tarts or chips.

Nuts is a great thing to snack on. Something with some fiber in it, that will help you from getting hungry again soon. Trail mix is great.

Nature Valley bars and water.

Try it and you will stick with it. Two bars, 90 cal a piece. Very filling and healthy. They taste great too.

Cinn. and Vanilla are my favorite.

I have a freezer full of jerky, and game sticks that I snack on. Those little squeeze tubes of peanut butter are good too if ya like the stuff.
