What multi-vitamin do you like?

Centrum one a day because I don't like taking multiple pills in the day. Pop one and I'm done. I used to take GNC's Mega men but I think it's only good for turning piss yellow.

i take an exclusive vitiman, i believe its Number 1 in the world, it is made by Nutrilite, you can feel it dissolve in your stomach if you dont eat with it.

I've used AST Pro 32x multi and Universal Animal Pak and I don't see a whole lot a difference.

Country Life is a good brand of supplements. I get them at whole foods. The multi has far more of each vitamin & mineral than the common brands ie Centrum.

For enhancement or weight gain type stuff just ask a local trainer that's does not have an interest in the product (more likely to get an honest answer about a product when they don't get a commission).

most of the multi's you get will have an overload of minerals and vitamins because you are going to loose anywhere from 50-70% of the listed value of the vitamin during digestion. there are isotonic multi's out there and you will end up getting much more of the vitamin and mineral into the blood stream (instead of 50-30%, you get nearly 90%).

i'll leave the search for these isotonic multi's up to you, so as to not sound like I'm getting a commission off of anything ;)

I use either GNC or Vitamin World's generic men's multi-vitamin.

Of course, that's no substitute to good nutrition though.

I buy the Rite Aid One Daily Men's, which is a copy of One-a-day Men's. Its like $6 at Rite Aid. Make sure to take it with a meal.
