binx, that is one hell of a suggestion ... with all the off-motorcycle-topic forums we have here, health/fitness should be one of them. excellent suggestion.
i'll be with you for the 2008 transformation challenge. i was big into soccer and haven't played for 3 years. i don't want to seem like a cry baby, but moving, work, military, another country, and grad school really hasn't been conducive to my soccer desire. i have put on some weight since i last played soccer and don't feel as positive as i did while being active like that. i go to the gym and run 2 miles a day, but i just don't have the motivation to kick my ass like i use to.
i'll be with you and write down my stats until i can photo-document the progress.
i've been wanting to get a fitness challenge going at my command but my with my schedule, i'm not there like i should be to put together a command-wide challenge such as this.
thanks again bro!
no problem bro, i used to play football in college, i never had those handles or that pudge below the belly button, i weigh about ten pounds less then football weight and have more fat.
ok so for my work out today, my legs are pretty sore especially the hammies, so i am going to modify and focus on the biceps and triceps and forearms.

some questions are best left un-asked...
Korisa...RIP, I'll miss you my friend. Always.

6 pack looks like garbage (no homo). He is very triangular look at his V, it looks to me as if he only worried about his upper half. Also he is having a hard time staying flexed haha He's making all sorts of faces staying flexed. You really shouldn't have to flex so hard to show your abs.
I'm not one for those "GET 6 PACK ABS in 16 WEEKS" Programs. Everyone is physically different therefore their workouts should be fined tuned to them. Also, diet helps INCREDIBLY with abs.
Top 3 things for abs are Weight training, Diet and Cardio. Do the right combo and you can have 6 or 8 packs. Hell its how I went from 6 to 8, weight training helped alot with that.
P.S- I like the physical transformation Log.....I'm tempted to do one of those now, that I'm thinking about it. From now until June when I finally get to hit the beach.

Dude I've been meaning to do something like that for ages. You just inspired me! I've been training 5 times a week for the past 2.5 years and I think it may be interesting (for myself) where I'll be in 1 year time. Wish you luck man!
Edit: +1 on the health/fitness related section ...

for the guys interested just toss up a pick and joing me in my quest.
well i'm in the same boat, but i'm not about to show my flab. I'm gonna have to start working more on my upper body. I've been doing most legs lately so i can bike longer distances.
and yes +1 on the section.

yeah i agree its seems as if he's not balanced...also to what is bolded, you have to know what you want out of your own body & set some goals. I knew guys in high school that just did arms & chest to "look" bigger but they had no definition, no back, & no legs. If you pushed them they would fall over from being so top heavy
