Default Dyno Graphs needed - 01 gixxer 750

I got my bike in for a replacement 6th gear, when the shop is done with the installation I asked them to load the bike onto dyno and check and set the mapping on it. I am not 100% convinced that this shop knows their stuff, so does anyone have access to info which I could/should/must know when I get the read-outs from them.

I have the stock '01 Suzuki GSX-R 750 with a Yoshi tri-oval pipe, it appears that the manifold is not as it came from the factory either - my bad, buying a bike with only hal the info known on a simple thing like the pipe. Anyhow, that info is enough to get the map online & run into the power commander's brain, thus remapping. I know nothing from this stuff really and need some honest advice, all I know is the last time I rode the bike it was a little hesitant on throttle response. Other than riding to feel the diffeence, what do I look for in the specs and paperwork before getting on to know it is set-up correctly? E-mail is good at pleonard@polka.co.za...
