'nuther thumbs up for Aerostich Roadcrafter. I wear it over my business casual clothes and leave a pair of decnt shoes under my desk so I don't have to clomp around in boots all day. Recently got some First Gear Mesh Tex pants and jacket. With those, I just change pants at work.
I just wear my khakis and polo under my jacket. with the gloves and lid. my hair is short so I dont have that problem to much. I figure going down in khakis and going down in jeans at highway speeds wont make much of a difference. It will hurt either way.
I wear leather jacket, gloves, jeans and whatever shoes and shirt that match. I do put a doo-rag around my head under the helmet, it keeps the hair in place better.
Helmet, jacket, gloves, whatever pants I am wearing to work and usually my dr. martens. I take some hair gel and a brush to work so I can look presentable during the day.

Most days I can get by with wearing a cromed out skull cap, a starched wife beater, cut off khaki shorts, and flip flops. :p
On the days when I'm not full of shit, I wear my helmet, jacket, gloves, jeans, and Nike ACG boots. I can get by with wearing a hat at work most days but I keep hair stuff there just in case. The boots are pretty much a compromise as far as comfort/protection/style go because I don't feel like changing when I get there.
I ride to work or school everyday and I wear Jeans or Khakis, a colared shirt, steeltoes(required where I work), my leather jacket, gloves and a helmet. I get to work still looking presentable.
I commute to college classes instead of work; I wear a helmet (of course), jacket, gloves, jeans, and workboots. Although right now summer classes have a little different schedule, during regular semesters I would just carry the helmet and wear the jacket between classes.
Riding to class is a lot more fun (and quicker) than commuting by car so it is worth the little extra hassle. I just wish there were more turns on my commuting route so I wouldn't flatspot my tires so quickly.
Helmet, gloves, jacket, boots, and jeans for me. I was thinking about getting some draggin jeans for work, but not sure how big a difference it would be.
i don't ride to work very often. i have to wear khaki pants all the time now, and i don't like riding with them on. i've wore jeans before and changed when i got to work, but there's really not a good place to change.
otherwise, boots (street boots tho, not real moto boots), jacket, gloves and a helmet.

That's my usual combo going to work and then I have a pair of shoes I change into. Though today I wore shorts and wore my leather overpants- I think I might start doing that more often but it's freaking cold in my building. Oh, and I can wear anything I want
khakis, polo shirt or button up. I also wear a textile jacket with some good gloves. For shoes, I use black Icon heavy duty boots which do the job. As far as hair, I cut mine really short and if it's still messed up, run to the restroom and throw some water on it and use a paper towel to dry.
I ride to work 7 minutes away in my uniform t-shirt, jean shorts, steel toe work boots, my bike gloves and helmet. Yes, I'm part-squid. I'll live with it...hopefully.
