Thanks man, guy was an asshole, and got back what he put out. Thanks to those who actually threw out some good advice!!! I actually joined a good group on Meetup.com. Sons Of Sinners, so any1 around Tampa...check em out. There is no patching or prospecting.....just a group that likes to ride.

To the comment about me over reacting....give me a break. The guy (who was the first reply) was a MAJOR dickhead, and insulted my entire generation and insinuated i was pathetic with no friends. How would you like me to react? Maybe in your world you ignore outright insults and un-warranted disrespect......I do not. Why is it if somebody here has 8430834093 posts they get to act like dooche bags and make condescending snide remarks and not get called out on it?

Long story short....found a great laidback club/group, thanks for the input.

Breeze.....i was not looking for a sons of anarchy type deal....i thought i made that clear when i said no 1% type crap. I dont need to be "hardcore" and "badass" to enjoy a ride with a group of individuals.

Your obsession about me only confirms I was right. Motorcycles can kill very easily and do every hour. Get over my comments and move on before you die and go find a safer hobby. Statistics because of people like you make us look bad. You keep obsessing and obsessing...I dont care about what you got to say here or in your more childish private messages. everyone here would see how true my generalization about you is if I were to post your messages here.

There are usually people who put rides together, ask around dealearships and such. You can try clubs, they normally have website or forum. Sometimes tough to find but can be found.

Personally Group rides, while Ive done them, every time I have, its normally a couple years before I want another, I just dont get alot out of them.

Now at my age, I just have no interest, besides a handful like me, attract way too much attention on the road, the kind of attention you dont want. So I get away with alot more solo.

Although I did have a good riding friend at one, time, they can be hard to find, atleast those who Gell well together.

Course the Ride to Eat breed in the cruiser sector have enormous amount of socializing.

Do shit? What do i need to do big guy? Do I have something to prove here on a forum for riding? What world do you live in? Does this forum give you "street cred"?

You got a PM from me because you were an amazing asshole for no reason in your reply to me. You deserved everything I said, which i will reiterate here.

You lack the capability to get a point across without being a condescending asshole.

I asked a simple, non-offensive question about riding groups and regular MC's to which you had to reply like an angry old man with a chip on his shoulder. You called me "Pathetic" and told me to grow up for wanting to join a club.

How did my original post warrant such a response?

Do you troll posts and look for ways to be a dickhead, then get all high and mighty when somebody tells you to fuck-off and walk away?

Do me a favor, I think you are a truly pathetic,mean,apathetic man who thinks people under the age of 40 owe you something. 5 out of 10. Improving, but traxdawgs was better, and redjackets is the Paradigm.

Anyway, to the op, good luck sincerely; I've not had any luck with groups, but will occasionally find a friend that way. Be even more careful when riding in a group with stranger.

Also, it does help to shrug some of this off when it comes to the internet. Irl, I agree, but on the net you end up in a fight that means nothing every time you post something someone else disagrees with. Not worth the time, imo.
